Five-year-old with special needs rejected by 32 schools says mother

After seeing her five-year-old daughter with special needs rejected by 32 schools, Charlotte Cahill, a mother from Tallaght, said she “reached a crossroads”.

Cyra Cahill was supposed to start her first year in school this year, as most children her age do, but had to be enrolled in her third year of pre-school instead.
