Former Esso site is added to Register of Derelict sites
THE former Esso site in Tallaght village – which has been derelict for several years – was added to South Dublin County Council’s Register of Derelict Sites last month.
The next step is to obtain a valuation of the property for the purpose of charging a Derelict Sites Levy, according to an update provided by the council this week.
