
Former Orchard player signs four-year deal with Man City

FORMER Cherry Orchard player and Walkinstown lad Tyreke Wilson has signed a four-year contract with Premier League giants Manchester City, reports Joe Murphy.
The left-back who originally signed for City in 2013 has been working hardand earned himself another 4 years with the former Premier League Champions after impressing over the past three years.
Wilson, who has represented Ireland U17s, cut his teeth with the Cherries, allowing him to showcase his talent before been spotted by scouts in England.
The left-back who is known for his fierce attacking ability and thundering pace will be a great addition to Manchester City, according to his former club Cherry Orchard.
“The lad always had something about him, to get a four-year contract says a lot about him. He’s been going back and forth the past while, he’s a fine player and was when he played with us over the years. It always seemed that he was destined to play for a big club.”
Tyreke made his debut for Ireland in the UEFA European Under-17 Championship with a 1-0 win over Finland back in 2015 and has been tipped to represent the country on a senior in the near-future.
