Found in possession of balaclava, latex gloves and screwdriver

A MAN who was allegedly found in possession of a balaclava, latex gloves and a screwdriver in Clondalkin has appeared before Blanchardstown District Court.
Garda Sergeant Geraldine McManigan gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution by certificate for Gavin Cooke.
Cooke, aged 40, with an address at Kilmahuddrick Walk, Clondalkin, is charged with possession of a balaclava, a pair of latex gloves and a screwdriver for use in theft at Tower Road in Clondalkin on October 23, 2017.
Cooke’s counsel, Jennifer Jackson Bl, told Judge Walsh that there was CCTV evidence available. She asked the judge to make an order for disclosure of the CCTV.
Sgt McManigan asked the judge for a remand for four weeks for mention.
Making the order for the CCTV, Judge Walsh remanded Cooke on continuing bail for four weeks for mention.
