Objections lodged against developer’s proposed change
FOUR objections have been lodged against a developer’s proposal to change a permitted community space/creche on the ground floor of an apartment building into two apartments.
The subject site is at the junction of Citywest Road and Garter Avenue and the planning application was submitted by developer Kingscroft Developments Ltd on February 9 last.
