Four-storey apartment plans for Citywest Village

Four-storey apartment plans for Citywest Village

TALARIVE Ltd has applied for planning permission for the construction of a four-storey residential building in Citywest Village.

It is proposed that the building will contain 24 one-bedroom apartments, and the application outlines that this will be a modification to an application for planning permission which was granted at this site in 2015.

It is proposed that the four-storey residential building will replace an apartment building that was previously granted planning permission at the same site.

There are provisions for all associated site and infrastructural works, car parking and landscaping, on a site area of 0.11 hectares.

There are plans for the building to be located at a site south of Citywest Avenue, east of Citywest Road and north of Fortunestown Lane.

It is proposed that the building will be located adjacent to the Luas Red Line passenger stop at Citywest Campus.

Talarive Ltd has previously secured planning permission for 399 dwellings in Citywest, and during the summer planning permission was granted for them to build 21 houses on Fortunestown Lane at a site with the Lidl store to the east.

A decision on the application is due from South Dublin County Council by November 13.
