Foxhunter on market with €5.25m guide price
PROPERTY developers Oakmount have put the Foxhunter Pub in Lucan up for sale with a guide price of €5.25m.
The Foxhunter is one of three Dublin pubs offered for sale by the property development company headed by Paddy McKillen Jr, a trio which also includes Ashtons, Clonskeagh (€4.75m) and Thomas Rody Maher’s – former Larry Murphy’s, Baggot Street (€3.5m).
