Gardai investigating alleged sexual assault in Tallaght

GARDAI are this morning investigating an alleged sexual assault on a young female, who The Echo understands is a juvenile, close to St Mark’s GAA Club in Tallaght.
According to a Garda source, the alleged incident happened yesterday, January 25, between 4pm and 5pm (approx) in the green area beside the apartment complex which lies opposite the Springfield-based GAA club.
The area has been cordoned off for forensics and anybody who was in the area yesterday between 3pm and 6pm and noticed anything suspicious is encouraged to contact Tallaght Garda Station on 6666000.
