Green Isle Hotel sold to Killarney developer

The new owners of the Green Isle Hotel in Clondalkin are PDSD, a company connected to Killarney developer Peter Dunlea, The Echo understands.

The Green Isle Hotel at Newlands Cross was put up for sale by its previous owners Kilmore Ventures towards the end of 2025 through agents Lisney, with a market price of €40m – the same price that the Lynch family is understood to have received for it back in 2008.
