Gym studio plans for Citywest Shopping Centre

Permission has been granted for the change of use of a site at Citywest Shopping Centre from a retail unit to a gym studio.

Applicant Vici Capital Limited, which lists Rory O'Shaughnessy and Harry McCreery as directors, submitted the application in May.

The submission includes plans for the 690 sq. m first floor retail unit to be changed to a gym studio with changing facilities and associated signage.
