Hair and Beauty clinic raises €788 for The Robyn’s Life Trust

OVER €700 was raised for charity after Elysium Hair & Beauty Clinic held a €10 Sunday event last weekend, where all blow-drys, nail file and paint, and back massages were €10 each.

The beauty salon, in Fortunestown Shopping Centre in Tallaght, saw more than 60 people pass through their doors on the day.

Fiona Nolan, from Elysium Hair & Beauty Clinic, told The Echo: “We were busy all day, and everyone was very generous. There was a great turn out.”

The money raised totaled €788, which will be donated to The Robyn’s Life Trust.

Robyn is a 10-year-old girl from Dublin who has been diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer, and the trust has been set up to raise funds for to get to America for groundbreaking treatment.
