THE Dublin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) attended a “horrific” scene where a dead and dismembered horse was found in Dublin 24.
“I have never seen something like that in eight and-a-half years,” DSPCA Inspector Bartley Finnerty told The Echo.
