Intreo Road Show event offers info and advice

THE Department of Employment Affairs & Social Protection are hosting an Intreo National Employer Road Show in Tallaght on Tueday, August 27.
The free roadshow event will offer information and advice on services and supports available to employers.
It will also offer the opportunity to network with other local employers and organisations such as the local Education and Training Boards, Chambers, and Local Enterprise Offices who have services and supports aimed at employers.
The Department say they have many supports to offer employers including free recruitment services and financial grants and incentives.
Their Intreo service network is billed as a way for employers to source a work placement participant through the Youth Employment Support Scheme, avail of EURES European job recruitment service and more – at no cost to their own business.
Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection Regina Doherty will be in attendance on the day.
The event takes place on Tuesday, August 27, at the Maldron Hotel Tallaght, Whitestown Way, from 5pm to 7.30pm.
