It’s your weekly Echo Sport preview

The National Basketball season got underway last weekend, and in this week’s Echo Sport we have all the action from Templeogue’s encounter with reigning champions UCC Demons, while there is also news of Eanna’s tie with Swords Thunder.
It’s Championship season in Dublin GAA, and there is news of Ballyboden’s Senior Football Championship clash with Kilmacud Crokes and Lucan Sarsfields’ tie with St Pat’s of Palmerstown.
Added to that we have all the latest from Thomas Davis’ encounter with Naomh Mearnog, and news of success for the St Jude’s Junior D footballers.
In soccer, we were busy covering games over the weekend, including Booth Road Ladies’ DWSL Junior Shield Final, while we have round-ups from several other matches.
Away from the ball games, there is news of great success for local motorsport racers, including Rathcoole’s Aaron MacHale, Firhouse’s Niall Murray, and Lucan’s Brendan Fitzgerald.
