IT Tallaght off-campus €3m spend

FURTHER investment has been committed by IT Tallaght to the region it serves, with the college pumping €3 million into the purchase and re-fit of an empty building located close to The Square shopping centre.
The Echo has learned that the local institute, which is home to nearly 5,000 students, purchased Premier House last year – due to a need for additional classroom space.

The move reflects the commitment of ITT to the area and to the continued growth of the college – which sees around 74 per cent of its student population hail from the surrounding region of South County Dublin.
