Italian aerobatic team Frecce Tricolori to land in Baldonnell today

Keep your eyes on the sky this afternoon because Italian aerobatic team Frecce Tricolori are set to land in Baldonnell after they complete of fly-by over the Liffey around 3:30pm.

The group are in Dublin to take part in the Bray Air Display this weekend, and will be demonstrating some of their skills in the Capital’s sky later today.

The high powered jets will be heard before they are seen, and you won’t miss them as they fly in formations of up to 13 planes at once.

Speaking ahead of the Bray Air Display, Eamonn Brennan, Chief Executive of the Irish Aviation Authority said: “We’ve a long history of supporting aviation activities that help promote the aviation industry so we are very proud to be the main sponsor of the Bray Air Display 2016 in the year of the Centenary of the Easter Rising.

We are honoured to have the Freece Tricolori participate in this year’s Air Display.
