Kilnamanagh AFC launch Suzuki Christmas car draw for club funds

KILNAMANAGH AFC recently launched their ‘Win a Suzuki Car for Christmas’ competition with the help of former Manchester United and Ireland footballer John O’Shea.

The former football player was on hand to help launch the competition at Agnelli Motor Group on the Greenhills Road, which will raise much-needed funds for the Tallaght club.

One lucky person who enters the draw will win a brand-new Suzuki Swift just in time for Christmas. Tickets are priced at €25, and the draw is limited to 2,000 tickets with all funds raised from the draw going towards the club’s new training facility.

In addition to the star prize, the club also have over 20 spot prizes up for grabs, including a €1,000 holiday voucher and Celtic match tickets. All tickets bought before December 4 will automatically be entered into a bonus draw for additional cash prizes.

Speaking at the launch, John O’Shea said: I’m delighted to help Kilnamanagh AFC launch their draw to raise funds for the club.

“It’s really important in these current times, especially for boys and girls in the community to get those facilities. My relationship with Keith Foy is the reason I’m here. We go back a long way to the ‘98 team, the first Irish football team to win a European Championship – he’s a great fella and we’ve stayed in touch.”

Vice-chairperson of Kilnamanagh AFC Paddy Ennis thanked Agnelli Motor Group and all the local businesses for their support for the draw.

John Brennan, Agnelli Motor Group, said: “We’re involved with sponsorship of Kilnamanagh AFC. The Suzuki Swift is a very modern car for people to win. It’s the 1.2 Hybrid and is  a very modern car. We’re here to support the lads with their fundraising and as a local business we are delighted to be on board.”

Tickets are available online at – hard copy tickets are available from Kilnamanagh AFC coaches.
