Plans contain proposals for the extension of office accommodation to the rear of the existing building in Cloverhill Industrial Estate, Dublin 22.

The proposed extension features an area the size of 455sq m at ground floor, 33.2sq m at first floor, plus covered bicycle parking area to the front of the existing building, to encourage staff to cycle to work.

Following recent growth, the company are building a portfolio in the UK, Africa, India and the Caribbean.

According to the plans, the group are “constantly expanding their services generating additional staffing requirements.”

Phase 1 of this parking plan has commenced on site.

Last year the group launched an electric vehicle fleet, provided by Northgate Vehicle Hire.

The investment of €1.1m, contained 29 Hyundai Kona passenger electric vans, the first electric vehicles to join KN’s existing vehicle line-up.
