Lidl to create 315 jobs across 30 locations and Tallaght Head Office

LIDL Ireland have announced plans to recruit over 315 employees to its Dublin-based operations this year across its 30 locations and Tallaght Head Office.
These new roles will be a variety of operational and office-based positions to support Lidl’s growing footprint of stores across Dublin.

These positions will include ‘a market leading benefits package, award-winning learning, development and progression opportunities within in the business.’
Commenting on the announcement, Maeve McCleane, Director of Human Resources at Lidl Ireland said: “Since the onset of the pandemic our teams have demonstrated incredible dedication, selflessness and hard work in serving our local communities, ensuring that our shoppers across the city had access to the food and essential supplies they needed.
“I am delighted to confirm this significant investment in the form of a third bonus to recognise their inspiring contribution as frontline workers during an exceptionally challenging time for our country.”
In order to show their appreciation for their frontline staff, Lidl has also committed to a ‘€2 million investment in a Covid Employee Bonus for all employees on the island of Ireland, with half a million euro allocated to Dublin-based employees.’
