Liffey Valley and Clondalkin branches tops in Specsavers

SPECSAVERS Liffey Valley and Clondalkin were amongst the winners at the Specsavers Greater Dublin Region Excellence Awards.

The two stores won awards for a variety of services and staff contributions, during a night which celebrates the achievements of Specsavers staff and stores across the greater Dublin region.

Specsavers Liffey Valley received awards for Excellence in Hearcare – Hub, Excellence in Practice, Excellence in Clinical Practice and Excellence in Overall Performance.

Meanwhile, Specsavers Clondalkin was presented with the Excellence in Customer Service award.

Lisa Walsh, director of Specsavers Clondalkin and Liffey Valley said: “We’re delighted to have won these awards. They are a real testament to the professionalism and dedication of the staff in Specsavers Liffey Valley and Clondalkin, and it allows us an opportunity to acknowledge and thank our wonderful team of colleagues.”

Both Specsavers Clondalkin and Liffey Valley have all the latest equipment in their testing rooms, providing advanced eye test technology and professional care and advice in frame selection and dispensing for customers.

Specsavers Liffey Valley was the first store in Ireland to invest in sophisticated optical technology, iHarmony, which links with the store’s tablet devices to make the process of dispensing spectacles smoother and quicker.

In addition to being experts in eye health, Specsavers Liffey Valley and Clondalkin also specialise in hearing with an on-site hearing centre.

Free hearing screenings are available in-store which involves a simple three-minute test, providing a way for customers to monitor their hearing.
