Local businesses to compete for €14k prize fund at LEO Awards

BUILDING on the continued success of the previous twenty years-plus, the National Enterprise Awards will take place again this this year in the Mansion House Dublin.

Local Enterprise Office South Dublin will announce their 2023 National Enterprise Awards representative at an event taking place at the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel, Clondalkin on Thursday  March 9.

Local Enterprise Awards South Dublin 2023 closed for applications earlier this month and the level of interest has been exceptionally strong and a shortlist of 40 Nominees across the nine categories have been announced.

The nine categories include:- Export; Start Up; One to Watch; Tech/ Innovation; Food/ Drink; Entrepreneurial Spirit; Green; NEWS Female Entrepreneur of the Year and SCENe (Creative Economy).

Each category winner will take home €1,000.

Also on the night the overall Award Winner,who will take home €5,000 and will go on the represent South Dublin at the National Awards Final later in the summer, will be announced.

The aim of the National Enterprise Awards is to showcase, encourage and support a culture of enterprise and entrepreneurship in our communities in Ireland, to promote entrepreneurship and to showcase, encourage and to celebrate the achievements of the client portfolio of the LEOs.
