Alternative Entertainments is a community-based arts organisation based in Rua Red in Tallaght, with a particular emphasis on music.
Formed in 1982 by local musicians Liam Morrissey and Tom Moran, AltEnts as it’s colloquially known, now operates under the stewardship of Tom’s son Martin, and it is the distinguished Music scholar and teacher Martin Moran who we’re delighted to feature as this week’s Face of the Community.
