Local history with Monica McGill: St Finian’s Church of Ireland historic little piece of heaven

TUCKED away on the edge of Newcastle, Co Dublin (or Newcastle Lyons to give it its full title) is a little piece of heaven. It’s not the only piece of heaven in this historic village, but St Finian’s Church of Ireland is certainly one of them.

The following information was generously shared by local historian Geoffrey McMaster and Rector Rev. Stephen Neill.
