Long traffic delays on Tallaght Bypass, M50 and N7 this evening
There are major delays on the Tallaght Bypass, M50 and the Naas Road this evening due to multiple incidents.
On the Tallaght Bypass a crash at the junction with the Outer Ring Road is causing delays back to the Belgard Road junction (The Plaza Hotel)

To avoid the N7, one listener went out the N4 to J4 & took the back roads to Newcastle, joining the N7 at J5. 25 mins total from M50.

Meanwhile, on the M50 the travel time from junction 14 (Sandyford) to junction nine (Naas Road) is up to one hour long, with motorists being advised to take an alternative route if possible.
The impact of these delays had already caused havoc on the Long Mile Road, and now an accident at Junction Two (Rathcoole) on the N7 is creating serious traffic delays.
