Lucan supermarket wins top award

EUROSPAR Lucan Supermarket won a Customer First @ EUROSPAR award at the annual Eurospar Guild which took place at the Mullingar Park Hotel, Co Westmeath this week.

The supermarket, which employs 65 people, has been serving the local community for the past 20 years since opening in 1997.

The assessment criteria for the award is structured to focus on best practice and innovation in supermarket retailing.

Accepting the award, Tony O’Connor, Eurospar Lucan, said: “We are delighted to receive this accolade, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. Customer First is not only a mark of pride for our store and staff, but more importantly, it lets our customers know that we are leaders in the field.
