Man due in court following court order breach incident

A man is due in court this morning following an incident at a residence in the Deerpark area of Tallaght yesterday evening, August 12.

Gardai arrested a man in his 40s for breach of court orders and he is detained at Tallaght Garda Station.

 A Garda spokesperson told The Echo: “Gardai attended the scene of an incident at a domestic residence in the Deerpark area of Tallaght, Dublin 24, on the evening of Thursday, 12th August, 2021.

“A man in his 40s was arrested for breach of court orders and detained at Tallaght Garda Station.

“He has since been charged and is expected to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin, at 10:30am on Friday, 13th August, 2021.”
