Man injured in Tallaght shooting incident
GARDAI are investigating after a man in his thirties was injured in a shooting incident in Tallaght on Sunday evening.
Gardai were called to the scene of an incident at MacUilliam Estate, Fortunestown Lane at around 6.20pm after reports of shots fired at a house.
According to a Garda spokesperson: “On arrival, gardai discovered a man in his thirties with apparent pellet wounds to his legs.
“He was taken to Tallaght Hospital for treatment.
“His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
“No arrests have been made to date and enquiries are ongoing.”
