Man kept €60,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis to protect his brother

A man who kept more than €60,000 of cocaine and cannabis in his apartment to protect his brother from drug-related threats to his life has been given a suspended sentence, reports David O’Sullivan.

Thomas Kane (29), of Ard Mor Drive, Tallaght, Dublin 24, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of cannabis and cocaine with intent to sell or supply on June 10, 2020.
