The building comprises three floors of office accommodation, and is arranged over ground and two upper floors to provide an end-of-terrace office building.

The auctioneer described the property as a modern office building situated within an established business and logistics location.

Internally the property comprises a mix of open floor office space and private offices, with a kitchenette and W/C with a shower on each floor. The offices are fully fitted.

Elsewhere, a two-storey house in the heart of Rathfarnham village sold for €250k at auction.

The mid-terrace, two-bedroom property on 44 Main Street was sold with vacant possession, and it also has a pitched roof and a yard to the rear.
