Multi-vehicle collision on the Greenhills Road causing long delays

There are major delays on the Greenhills Road this evening due to a multi-vehicle crash on the bridge just passed the Cuckoo’s Nest.

The crash is in the outbound lane, heading in the Tallaght direction, but traffic in both directions is now extremely heavy.

Tailbacks heading outbound are building as far back as the Walkinstown roundabout.

Motorists are advised to take an alternative route if possible.

There is also a collision on the Crumlin Road, near Dolphin’s Barn, and traffic is back to the Coombe Hospital.
