Murder on Chapel Hill: Sold-Out performance at Lucan Drama Group Show
“AFTER weeks of rehearsals, our cast was ready to perform under the guidance of Director John Jordan,” according to Lucan Drama spokesperson Mary Guy.
“Lucan Drama has just finished its sold-out run of ‘Murder on Chapel Hill, The Fate of the Faithful.’ It is adapted from a court transcript of the court case of The Murder of the Rev. McCartan in 1807.
She continues “After a run of sold-out performances and amazing reviews, we hope we did Lucan Festival proud.
“Our 13 cast and 10 stage crew all had an amazing time. Thanks to the public for supporting us.
“Thanks to Lucan Festival for letting us be part of this amazing celebration in Lucan.
“Thanks to Caroline Brady for loaning us the transcript that our amazing Graham Donlon was able to adapt with the help of John Jordan.
And of course, thanks to Courtneys of Lucan, who, without them, we wouldn’t be able to perform.”
Thank you to Mary Guy for her collaboration on this review, and congratulations on a successful run, Lucan Drama!
