‘No planning means no construction’
South Dublin County Council asked a landowner to “cease and discontinue” development as a modular cabin was moved onto the land with no planning permission.
Residents in Kingswood reported the disruption caused by the attempt to bring a prefabricated home onto land adjacent to their estate, at the intersection of Kingswood Castle and Ballymount Road, on Monday, January 13.
