Phased reopening of construction projects

THE phased reopening of construction commenced on April 12, beginning with housing and certain exempted government priorities.

South Dublin County Council confirmed there are a number of projects that will commence and recommence in compliance with Covid-19 health and safety regulations.

: The Tallaght District Heating project will be located on the grounds of the Amazon Data Centre at the junction of Airton and Belgard Road

The projects across the county include the preparation and clearance of the piggery site in Templeogue to facilitate an adjacent housing project, Tallaght district heating project as an essential utility project and minor internal works for the completion of Tymon Library.

Works will commence on the Cellbridge link road within Adamstown to enable housing at the location and the Grange Castle west access road to facilitate an FDI.

All social housing projects will commence or recommence from Monday April 12 and work on the cycle and greenway projects at Monastery Road and Dodder Phase 2 will be completed.

The other greenway and cycle projects at Dodder Phase 2, Grange Road and the N81 at Jobstown Junction will all commence.
