Plans are lodged for new €7.95m Citywest Library
PLANS for the construction of a new library in Citywest Shopping Centre have been submitted to South Dublin County Council.
The development will consist of a change of use of a children’s play facility at part ground and part first floor level of the existing Citywest Shopping Centre building.
