Properties go under the hammer at BidX1 auction

A NUMBER of properties in the county are listed on the BIDX1 auction which will take place on April 4.
A mid-terrace three-bedroom house in Bawnlea in Tallaght is going under the hammer and has a reserve price of €130,000.
An apartment in Cedar Lodge on Stocking Lane, Rathfarnham, is also on the market.
The first floor two-bedroom apartment has a reserve price of €220,000 and comes with two designated parking spaces. The property is subject to a tenancy at a current gross rent of €15,600 per annum.
A semi-detached three-bedroom house on Cooley Road in Drimnagh has a reserve price of €245,000 and is subject to a tenancy at a current gross rent of €12,600 per annum.
Another Drimnagh property on Comeragh Road has a reserve price of €230,000. The mid-terrace three-bedroom house is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €14,040 per annum.
A first floor two-bedroom apartment in Newcastle Manor Green in Newcastle is also on the market with a reserve price of €170,000.
A reserve price of €450,000 has been put on a house at Mount Andrew Avenue in Lucan. The detached four-bedroom house is currently vacant.
A semi-detached two-bedroom house in Woodford Meadows has a reserve price of €175,000 and comes with a tenancy at a current gross rent of €13,200 per annum.
