Residents in Lucan without power on St Stephen’s Day

Residents in Lucan are without power this St Stephen’s Day because of a fault that has left the customers without electricity.

The 69 homes in the Balgaddy area have been without power since about noon today.

ESB Networks have said they do not know at this point when power will be restored.

A message from them said: “We apologise for the loss of supply.

“We are currently working to repair a fault affecting your premises and will restore power as quickly as possible.”
