Roots of youth deprivation needs tackling and fixing

“I’ve never seen it so bad in all my life,” said Tallaght South Councillor Louise Dunne (SF) speaking about youth anti-social behaviour in Brookview.

Cllr Dunne, who has engaged with disadvantaged youth living in Brookview Estate for many years, said a “multi-departmental approach” is needed to tackle the root causes of youth deprivation and anti-social behaviour in the area.
