
Rovers to get new offices in North Stand development

SHAMROCK Rovers Football Club will be moving into new offices which will be a part of the new North Stand Development.
Works on the new €7.7m North Stand Development is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of this year and is anticipated to take approximately 15 months to complete.

The new North Stand will have a capacity of over 2,000 seats, with the inclusion of a changing places facility.
In an update regarding the plans at a recent council meeting, the council said that Shamrock Rovers have been kept fully informed of the plans for the development.
The council also stated that the club will be moving into the new offices in the under croft of the new stand, which will be built as part of the development.
“Shamrock Rovers have been consulted on their requirements and preferred layout of their new offices, and their requests have been incorporated into the final design of the development,” said a council spokesperson at the local area meeting.

The agreed layout of the office development will be incorporated into the final design and construction tender documents, which are anticipated to be advertised in the coming weeks.
