Saggart man charged with sexual assault

A MAN sexually assaulted a woman (35) by getting into bed with her, grabbing her breast and trying to kiss her, Blanchardstown Court has heard.
The man, who has an address in Saggart, is charged with sexually assaulting the woman at the above address on October 30, 2015.
Garda Shane Barry told Judge David McHugh that the DPP had directed summary disposal. Judge McHugh asked what was alleged. Garda Barry said it will be alleged that on October 30, 2015, the injured party was in bed in a room in the man’s home.
He said it will be alleged that the man got into bed with the woman, grabbed her breasts and tried to kiss her. Garda Barry said the alleged victim was 35.
Judge McHugh accepted jurisdiction.
He remanded the man on continuing bail to a date in January for a plea or a date for hearing.
