Second male juvenile arrested in relation to Ballyfermot assault

A SECOND male juvenile has been arrested as part of an investigation into a serious assault that took place in the vicinity of the Civic Offices, Ballyfermot Road, on December 30.

According to a Garda statement issued, a male juvenile was arrested this morning, Thursday, February 3.

A Garda spokesperson said: “He is currently being detained at a Garda Station in West Dublin under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.”

Gardai confirmed that another male juvenile arrested on Wednesday morning, February 2, in connection with the assault has been released.
