Sr Liz said she was extremely proud of Eileen and congratulated her for being an “inspiration to others”.

“Eileen had a dream and she worked extremely hard against the odds to achieve that dream. I am delighted that our school played a part in encouraging Eileen to believe and achieve,” said Sr Liz.
