Seven-star hotel site in Newcastle set to be sold
A SITE in Newcastle, part of which previously had planning permission for a seven star hotel, is set to be sold by public tender in May.
Lamberton Properties secured planning permission in 2007 for a 225-room hotel at the site in Ballynakelly and Rathcreedan in Newcastle.
