Simon Community appeals decision to refuse planning for 10 apartments

THE Dublin Simon Community has appealed South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for the development of ten apartments on the Old Nangor Road in Clondalkin, reports Aideen O’Flaherty.

The homeless charity’s proposal for the site includes a social housing development consisting of ten one-bed units in a two- to three-storey apartment building.
