The €9.5 million project is expected to be completed in early 2022, following delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The housing development at Catherine’s Row at Killinarden Heights has also commenced and is due to be finished in mid-2022.

The development will consist of seven three-bedroom, two-storey houses and six three-bed apartments which will be in a three-storey apartment block.
