South Dublin Live: Summer performances in your community…
SOUTH Dublin Live is returning to communities and promising another summer filled with live performances in local settings.
Last year, South Dublin Live presented 60 live events encompassing music, comedy, theatre, dance and street spectacles across South Dublin County between May and December.
The summer schedule for this July and August has just been released and boasts a diverse, accessible and energetic line-up of performances for all the family.
The live performance events will take place at outdoor markets and local festivals, in public parks and at community gatherings.
A taster of events over the summer months include outdoor cinemas, two weekends of live indoor and outdoor music at Aras Chronain in Clondalkin and a one-day music festival, SubSounds, on the TU Dublin – Tallaght campus.
August will also see a line-up of outdoor performances taking place in Lucan, Palmerstown, Rathfarnham, Rathcoole and Saggart between August 5 and August 18.

South Dublin Live is delivered by the South Dublin County Council Arts Office.
Alongside hoping to ensure residents have access to high-quality performing arts events in their community, South Dublin Live also aims to nurture the development of a diverse range of artists and performances.
