St Pat’s clash with Dundalk called off after COVID case identified
FRIDAY night’s Airtricity League Premier Division match between St Patrick’s Athletic and Dundalk has been called off after one positive COVID-19 case was identified in the St Pat’s squad.
A statement released today read ‘the whole first team squad and staff are now restricting their movements and awaiting tests, following HSE and government guidelines.
‘The fixture was originally scheduled for Friday, October 9 and a new date for the fixture will be announced in due course.’
