
#StormDoris Almost 600 Lucan homes without power, Luas red line delays, and flights cancelled
Although most have escaped the worst of it there are reports of local power outages, delays to the Luas red and green line, delays to flights at Dublin Airport, and some disruption on local roads.
Almost 600 homes in Balgaddy in Lucan are without power this morning according to the ESB.
An update from them said 572 homes in Balgaddy are without supply. An estimated time of reconnection has been issued for 12noon.
A message from ESB Networks said: “We apologise for the loss of supply. We are currently working to repair a fault affecting your premises and will restore power as quickly as possible.”
In Celbridge, more than 2,000 homes are without power, with an expected reconnection time currently unknown.

Meanwhile, the Luas operators are reporting delays on both the red and green lines this morning, with further information unavailable at this time.
There is also disruption to some flights out of Dublin Airport today, with Aer Lingus updating passengers via Twitter.
