
Tallaght firefighters help deliver baby Pria during Storm Barra
A CREW from Tallaght Fire Station helped with the safe arrival of a baby girl on Tuesday night, as Storm Barra blew through Dublin.
According to Dublin Fire Brigade (DFB), local firefighters were called to assist in the delivery of a baby who was in a “big hurry”.
In a Tweet, DFB said that a healthy baby girl, who has been named Pria, arrived.
DFB said: “As Storm Barra impacted Dublin last night, firefighter/paramedics from Tallaght Fire Station were called to a baby in a big hurry.
“They assisted mum with the delivery of a healthy baby girl.
“Mum and baby Pria are doing well.”
