Tender winner for Lucan House works to be named next month

A successful tender for the development of a large historical house and its grounds is expected to be announced by the Council next month.

Lucan House and its adjoining lands, which were bought by South Dublin County Council (SDCC) in autumn 2023 for €14.8m, is the subject of a procurement process for a Masterplan, and it is anticipated to appoint a successful tender by November.
