This week we are focusing on body creams and gels. There are certain steps we all know to do, for example cleanse and clean our faces, have a good hand cream by the sink and know when the time is right to buy a good wrinkle reducing eye cream!!
But believe me the rest of your body needs some regular attention too. Add a full body moisturising ritual at least 3 times a week to your post shower and bath routine...
